A recognizable name in the automotive industry!  Bill has given many keynote speeches as well as taught numerous classes at different conventions around the country.  When Bill isn't busy helping his clients he enjoys woodworking in his barn, reading non fiction books and spending time with his beautiful wife, Robbie, and their 2 dogs on a few acres in East Texas.

Bill began his career working part-time at a full service gasoline station in Appleton, Wisconsin.  His career includes time as a technician, shop owner, technical trainer, and also a staff member of the automotive industry's oldest and largest association representing automotive service and collision repair businesses.  While at the association Bill had the opportunity to work with all segments of the industry.  His knowledge of the industry has been shared on many occasions as he has been invited to speak at numerous industry events as well as providing testimony at hearings of the U.S. Congress and several state legislatures on important legislation and regulation affecting the automotive industry. 

 

Bill received the Accredited Automotive Manager (AAM) credential from the Automotive Management Institute in 1996.

Sara Fraser is a millennial with a passion for life, travel, and human connections. With over fifteen years of retail and management experience, she has honed her skills in customer service, marketing, and business operations. For six years, Sara served as an office manager for a used car sales and service center, gaining valuable insights into the automotive industry.

 

One of Sara's main focuses is assisting shop owners in finding and acquiring top talent that aligns with their business culture. Her dedication to connecting businesses with the right individuals displays her commitment to fostering success within the industry.

 

Sara is also an engaging trainer at various conferences in the automotive industry. Her sessions cover key topics such as Generations X, Y, and Z, effective management, leadership principles, communication strategies, business culture, and strategic hiring.

Attendees benefit from Sara's practical insights, gaining valuable takeaways to improve their skills, fostering leadership growth and strategic thinking.

 

Beyond her professional life, Sara finds joy in attending theatrical productions, music festivals, concerts, and exploring craft breweries with her Husband Ryan when they are not at home with their three dogs: Jack White, Midge, and Finn in Madison, WI. Sara's vibrant and diverse interests contribute to her well-rounded perspective and undoubtedly enhance her ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Matt Wagg is a passionate, driven professional in the automotive/transportation industry. He has spent his entire career of nearly 20 years in various, unique positions within the industry. Matt began his career as a dealership technician, was promoted to a lead technician and then again to shop foreman. He spent 4 years as a Diesel Technology faculty member with Metropolitan Community College in Omaha, NE. He then spent 3.5 years with a Caterpillar franchise as a technical training instructor and regional training manager. He oversaw personal development of roughly 400 dealership technicians and a team of 5 instructors. Matt is the owner, founder, and current operator of Accelerated Diagnostic & Automotive, a full-service, family-owned automotive repair facility in Bennington, NE in which he opened in September 2020.

 

Matt grew up in the Omaha, NE area. Matt received his Associates degree in Diesel Technology from Southeast Community College – Milford.

 

Matt is an ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Master certified automobile technician, a Master certified Medium/heavy duty truck technician, and an ASE certified Advanced Level Specialist.

 

Matt has been married to his wife, Gabby since 2009 and they have three sons. Blake, Logan, and Marshall. In his free time, he enjoys involvement with his children’s activities, classic cars, driving/racing high performance cars, eating local food, and traveling.
